Dr. Bashar Haddad is the founder and president of ADU Construction Management, bringing over 30 years of local and international construction experience and
a Ph.D. in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
His career includes leading residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the United States and abroad, with notable clients such as Marriott and Emaar.
Renowned for his deep expertise in design, cost control, cost savings, scheduling, materials, risk management, and contract strategy, Dr. Haddad founded ADU Construction Management in San Diego to provide homeowners and developers with a smarter, more efficient way to build.
